More than two ounces of crystal methamphetamine and THC oil were seized from two men during a traffic stop in North Huntingdon last week, according to court papers.

Michael B. Keenan, 41, of Youngwood, and Victor A. Gullatta, 29, of Aurora, Ohio, are being held at the Westmoreland County Prison on $100,000 bond each. They are facing drug charges.

Township police and agents from the state attorney general’s office were working together Thursday afternoon when a North Huntingdon officer saw Keenan — whose license was suspended — driving on Clay Pike, according to court papers.

Officers said they spotted cash and a homemade bong in the car while talking to Keenan and Gullatta, who was a passenger. A police dog indicated narcotics were inside the car and police found six small black boxes containing THC oil, a scale and a notebook containing details about drug transactions, as well as the crystal meth, according to court papers.

Neither suspect had an attorney listed in online court records. Preliminary hearings are set for Aug. 12.
