2 hurt in Derry Township crash

Two people were injured in a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle in Derry Township Monday, according to Westmoreland 911.

The crash along Pizza Barn Road was reported at about 4 p.m., a Westmoreland 911 supervisor said.

Two people were flown by medical helicopter to hospitals, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI.

State police are investigating the crash. Additional details were not available.
