An online silent auction to benefit the Latrobe Arts Center is open for bids.
Original artwork, Pennsylvania Lottery tickets, beer, wine, raffle tickets and sports memorabilia including a Pittsburgh Pirates legend Bill Mazeroski jersey are among the items available.
The center at 819 Ligonier St. is hoping to raise $10,000 and will accept bids through Oct. 14. The auction, which opened on Sunday, generated $885 as of Monday.
The original artwork that is for sale through the auction has been donated by member artists.
The items up for auction are available for review and information on bidding is on the center website at latrobeartcenter.org.
