State police arrested a Bell Township man who they said called two police stations about two dozen times in a four-hour period on Friday claiming he was having an emergency, according to court papers.

The phone calls from Damon Allan Deemer, 59, reportedly were laced with profanities and threats toward troopers and dispatchers.

He is facing 90 misdemeanor counts including terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, communications with 911 and false reports. Deemer was denied bail Tuesday and was being held at the Westmoreland County Prison.

During the initial call to the state police’s Kiski Valley station, Deemer claimed he was being cyber attacked by his neighbor, according to court papers. He called the station about 17 times between 12:55 a.m. and 5:17 a.m. and was informed several times that the issue did not require a police response.

Deemer is accused of calling the state police’s Kittanning station six times between 4:55 and 5:13 a.m., in addition to Westmoreland 911.

According to PSP Tips, Deemer broke into the Forest Hills Police Department later that day.

Police there seized six guns from his vehicle and released him pending an investigation. No charges had been filed in Allegheny County on Tuesday afternoon.

Deemer was involved in a vehicle crash Sunday that resulted in his vehicle being towed, according to PSP Tips. No details about where the crash happened were provided.

He did not have an attorney listed in online court records. A Monday preliminary hearing is set.
