A Westmoreland County jury deliberated just 25 minutes before finding a Bolivar man guilty of sex crimes against a teenage girl.

After two days of testimony, jurors late Tuesday convicted Bradley Grant Sarver, 46, of four felony offenses, aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault, corruption of minors and child endangerment.

On Christmas Day in 2013, Sarver improperly touched a 12-year-old girl in a Derry Borough home, prosecutors alleged. The girl came forward two years later, police said.

According to court records, Sarver told police he accidentally placed his hands over the girl’s genitals. In court during his testimony earlier this week he denied intentionally having any sexual contact with his accuser.

Sarver had been free on a $10,000 bond prior to his trial.

Westmoreland County Common Pleas Court Judge Christopher Feliciani revoked Sarver’s bond on Wednesday and ordered he remain in jail pending a sentencing hearing.
