A Connellsville man will serve up to six years in prison for the burglary of the Caddy Shack Family Fun Center more than three years ago in Donegal.

Brian Reed Mansberry, 44, pleaded guilty Monday to charges of burglary and conspiracy for the Sept. 16, 2016, heist in which police said he and another man broke into the business through a window, used a crow bar to pry open a coin-operated machine and fled with $75 in cash.

According to court records, police patrolling Route 31 found Johnny Ray Gemas walking along the road. Police said, when questioned, Gemas told police about his and Mansberry’s involvement in the burglary.

Westmoreland County Common Pleas Court Judge Meagan Bilik-DeFazio sentenced Mansberry to serve three to six years in prison and two additional years on probation.

Gemas, 32, of Connellsville, is free on a $10,000 bond. His case is pending.
