Manor home damaged in fire
A Manor home was heavily damaged in a fire Saturday.
Fire crews were called to the blaze on Manor-Harrison City Road just after 5 p.m. On Sunday, the home was charred by flames and a tree was tangled up in utility wires which hung low along the heavily-trafficked street. A neighbor said the woman who lived there was not home at the time of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The neighbor did not have power Sunday afternoon. Firefighters who responded to the scene could not be reached.
