Delmont man accused of sexually assaulting 2 teen girls
A Delmont man is free on bond after police accused him of sexually assaulting two teenage girls and asking them to not report the incidents because of their ages, according to court papers.
William Jonathan Seibert, 20, is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
Delmont police and Westmoreland County detectives said in court papers that the girls, ages 14 and 15, reported in October that Seibert had sexual contact with them.
The girls told investigators that they were at Seibert’s home in June when the incidents occurred, according to court papers. One of the girls was there alone in July when police said Seibert had sex with her.
Both of the accusers told police that Seibert was aware of their ages. He asked them not tell anyone about the incidents, according to court papers.
Police arrested Seibert on Thursday. He is free on $15,000 unsecured bond.
Seibert did not have an attorney listed in online court records and a phone number for him could not be located. He does not have a criminal history in Pennsylvania, according to online court records.
A Jan. 12 preliminary hearing is set.
