Garbage truck, car collide in Penn Township
No injuries were reported in connection with a crash involving a garbage truck and a car.
Westmoreland County dispatchers said the wreck occurred shortly after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at College Avenue and Oak Hill Drive in Penn Township.
Traffic was rerouted around the scene.
