Greensburg City Hall is open for business again after a suspected coronavirus case.

Greensburg City Hall reopened as planned Monday after closing last week because of a presumed coronavirus case.

City employees have returned to their offices after nearly a week of working from home.

Officials closed City Hall on Tuesday because an employee was feeling sick with symptoms consistent with coronavirus, councilman Randy Finfrock said.

The employee took a test, but the results had not been confirmed Thursday. Further information was not available Monday.

The building was cleaned and sanitized during the closure, Finfrock said. Greensburg closed all municipal facilities during the first wave of the pandemic in March. It reopened gradually over the following months, and was mostly back to business as usual by June, with employees working in the office and public meetings held in person.
