Several reports of car break-ins in Greensburg are being investigated, police said.

According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, break-ins have occurred over the past few days in the Academy Hill area of the city.

Surveillance footage taken 2 a.m. Thursday shows three people wearing hoods walking up to a car and trying to open the door.

“Yes, we realize that the suspects have hoods and it’s difficult to see their faces,” the post reads. “However, people who may be familiar with these suspects may be able to notice clothing style, mannerisms, etc.”

Anyone with information on the break-ins can contact police at 724-834-3800.
