Greensburg police are looking for a man who robbed the Sunoco convenience store Sunday evening.

Greensburg police are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store Sunday.

The suspect entered the Sunoco store on West Otterman Street just before 8 p.m. and asked the clerk to open the cash register, according to police Capt. Robert Stafford. The suspect kept his hand in his pocket as if he had a weapon, though it is unclear if he was armed, Stafford said.

The suspect made off on foot with $234, police said. No one was hurt.

Stafford said the cash register was sent away for forensic testing.

Police released surveillance images that show the suspect was a white man with dark hair. He wore a light-colored baseball cap, jeans and a black jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-834-380 or send them a message on Facebook.
