The community is invited to Greensburg YMCA’s Fall Fest set for Oct. 18.

The family-friendly event, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., will include several activities such as a caricature artist, deejay, bounce house and food and refreshments. Swimming in the “Pumpkin Pond” will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Greensburg firefighters will be there with the department’s fire trucks and lessons on fire safety.

The event will allow community members to see the programs and activities the YMCA offers, said Debby King, membership director.

“We’re opening our doors to the entire community, and we hope that everyone takes advantage of this chance to enjoy a night of fun and learn more about the programs that can benefit them throughout the year,” she said.

Admission is free. The YMCA is at 101 S. Maple Ave.
