The 2025 WPIAL Competitive Spirit Championships were held Saturday at Hempfield Area High School.
A total of 36 schools (21 from Class 3A, 13 from Class 2A) competed in five categories, Class 2A Small Varsity, Class 2A Large Varsity, Class 3A Small Varsity, Class 3A Large Varsity, Co-Ed Varsity.
Overall champions were crowned in both the 2A and 3A classifications.
A total of 17 teams will qualify for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Competitive Spirit Championships.
The top five scores from Class 2A, top 10 scores from Class 3A, and two at-large teams qualify. The 2026 PIAA Competitive Spirit Championships are scheduled for Jan. 9 and Jan. 10.
