It’s Valentine’s Day weekend, and whether you have a significant other and are ready to celebrate, or you’re single and trying to ignore all the hearts and flowers, there’s some fun things to do around Westmoreland this weekend.

Art on Tap: PAL-entine’s Day

Singles and couples alike can mingle at this event at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art. Grab your partner — or a pal — and head on over for a night of karaoke fun.

In addition to singing, there will be opportunities to craft friendship bracelets and cards for those you love. Each admission — which is $12 for members, $15 for nonmembers — also comes with some delicious light bites and a free drink, with a cash bar for additional drinks. The event is for ages 21 and older.

The event will be held 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, 221 N. Main St., Greensburg. To register, visit thewestmoreland.org.

Bridal show at Live Casino

Love is in the air. Get ready for your big day with this Sunday’s bridal show. In the Event Center on the second floor of Pittsburgh Live Casino in Hempfield, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your family, friends and fiance to help you plan the wedding of the year.

Bridal professionals will be on hand selling their wares, including plenty of gowns to peruse. Find everything you need to make your event special in one place from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

All guests older than 21 will also receive $10 in free play from the casino, at 5260 Route 30. Learn more at facebook.com/lucky.in.love.bridal.shows.pittsburgh.

‘Love Stories’ with the WSO

Take in this dreamy performance from the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra. With a focus on the romantic, the selections will have you swooning.

Pieces from Dvorak, Stravinsky and more will light up the soundscape of the Palace Theatre in Greensburg on Saturday. Tickets are $20 to $75, so there’s a seat in the house for anyone’s date night price range. The performance will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Palace Theatre, 21 W. Otterman St., Greensburg. Steel City Comedy Tour

Is your favorite thing about your partner their sense of humor? Take them out for an unforgettable Valentine’s weekend event this Saturday at the Latrobe Eagles.

The Steel City Comedy Tour will bring Pittsburgh’s top comedians to Latrobe for a special show. There will also be a dinner buffet and cash bar to enhance your evening. The event will start at 6 p.m. at the FOE 01188 Latrobe Eagles, 213-215 Spring St. Learn more at the FOE 01188 Latrobe Eagles Facebook page.

Fizz and Fondue

Who doesn’t love some decadent chocolate paired with a delicious beverage? At McFeely’s Gourmet Chocolate in Greensburg, you can experience an evening of fondue and fizz in this delicious time for couples.

The $60 tickets for the events on Friday and Saturday are priced per couple, and you’ll get to try creamy chocolate with tasty beverages with a partner or your best friend. There are event times at 5 and 7 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Saturday. McFeely’s Gourmet Chocolate is located at 100 S. Pennsylvania Ave. For tickets, visit mcfeelysgourmetchocolate.com.
