Enjoy this spooky, mysterious musical from Stage Right with two amazing casts comprised of more than 50 students from Westmoreland County. The atmosphere, score and plot of “The Addams Family” will thrill audiences this weekend at the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center.
Young Wednesday Addams is bringing home her new boyfriend … and his parents. But the kooky Addams Family has another dilemma; the new beau is as straight-laced as they come. What high jinks will ensue when the crazy Addams Family meets a normal new addition?

HallowBoo at Idlewild

‘The Sound of Music’ at The Palace Theatre
For an older family favorite musical, visit The Palace Theatre in Greensburg this weekend for the classic “The Sound of Music,” presented by Westmoreland Performing Arts.
Featuring the von Trapp family and their lovable governess Maria, this story takes audiences back to Austria in the early 1900s for an unforgettable story. Longtime favorite songs including “My Favorite Things,” “Do-Re-Mi” and “Climb Every Mountain” will delight audiences both old and new.

The Cure tribute
Time to go back to the ’80s, put on your eyeliner and get ready for some of the memorable songs of The Cure with Lovesong at The Lamp Theatre in Irwin.
The Cure frontman Robert Smith is a distinctive personality onstage, and Lovesong is headed by Rusty Wilmot, who perfectly embodies the iconic singer. You’ll hear fan favorite songs including “Pictures of You,” “Boys Don’t Cry,” “Just Like Heaven” and, of course, “Lovesong.”
