Idlewild to close on Tuesdays, Wednesdays for rest of summer
Idlewild Park and Soak Zone are scaling back their operating hours for the summer.
The Ligonier Township amusement park announced Wednesday that the park would close on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the rest of the summer, effective next week.
As we continue learning about how COVID-19 impacts us, we have changes to our operating schedule to share. Starting July 21, Idlewild and SoakZone will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, this summer. Guests with purchased tickets may use them any other 2020 operating day. pic.twitter.com/JkTh7skzUw

Idlewild opened just last weekend after delays caused by coronavirus restrictions. Attractions like the Rollo Coaster, the Ferris wheel and Story Book Forest, for example, weren’t open over the weekend.
Normal Idlewild hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Soak Zone open from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The park has also implemented safety restrictions, which can be found here, to meet state and federal guidelines.
