Don’t be sad, Pittsburgh, that the Steelers never made the playoffs this season.

Now you have another reason to root against the hated New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game.

If the Patriots lose this Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Goodwill will offer a 30 percent discount on all regularly priced items.

“Go Chiefs!” David Tobiczyk, vice president of marketing and development at Goodwill, wrote in an email.

If the Chiefs win, the code PATRIOTS30% can be used at any western Pennsylvania Goodwill location on Monday, Jan. 21.

So get out of the NFL slump. The game, to be played in bitter cold temperatures in Kansas City, starts at 6:40 p.m.
