A 25-year-old Washington County woman was killed Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash along Interstate-70 in Rostraver, the Westmoreland County coroner said.

The victim, Tori L. Demo of Allenport, was fatally injured about a mile west of the Route 51 exit when her eastbound car was truck from behind by a Dodge Ram truck at about 8:10 a.m., the coroner said. Demo was dead at the scene, the coroner said.

The cause and manner of death are pending the results of an autopsy, the coroner said.

The four lanes of Interstate 70 in Rostraver between the Arnold City exit and the Route 51 exit were closed for about three hours before all lanes were opened by noon, PennDOT said.

State police at Belle Vernon investigated the crash. Additional details were not available early Saturday afternoon.

Rostraver Central firefighters assisted at the scene.
