State police are looking for an older model black Mercedes sedan that reportedly was involved in two hit-and-run crashes in as many days on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Irwin interchange exit ramp to Route 30.

Troopers said a 24-year-old Mt. Pleasant man reported the 7 a.m. crashes on Thursday and Friday involved the same suspect vehicle. He was not hurt in either instance.

Both crashes followed the same set of circumstances, police said. The driver was stopped on the ramp waiting to merge into westbound traffic when it was rear ended by the Mercedes, which then fled on Route 30.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police in New Stanton at 724-755-9463.
