A crash Friday morning involving a PennDOT truck on Route 119 partially closed the roadway in East Huntingdon Township.

Route 119 is partially closed in East Huntingdon Township following a crash involving a PennDOT truck, Westmoreland County emergency officials said.

The southbound lanes of Route 119 are closed near its intersection with Routes 981 and 31 following a crash reported shortly before 11 a.m.

The crash involved a PennDOT dump truck and another vehicle, according to East Huntingdon Township Emergency Management Coordinator James King.

Southbound traffic on Route 119 is being turned around and re-routed to Routes 31 and 819.
