Murrysville’s Eat’n Park location is set to undergo a full remodel over the next several months.

Courtney Caprara, marketing manager, said the renovations include the return of the salad bar, a pick-up window for takeout orders and additional seating.

The remodel of Eat’n Park, which is located off Route 22 in the Village of Murrysville shopping center, will also feature updated decor, finishes, fixtures and colors, as well as an improved and more efficient kitchen layout and takeout preparation area for employees, according to Caprara.

She said the Murrysville location is currently hiring for all positions in preparation for the completed renovation, and those interested should visit enpsmiles.com and search “Murrysville.”

Eat’n Park initially proposed renovations to the location during an October Murrysville Council meeting.

The renovations would expand the restaurant by 1,400 square feet.

In 2021, an A.J. Myers & Sons school van carrying Franklin Regional students swerved to avoid another vehicle and crashed into the restaurant, leaving a gaping hole in the front of the building.
