Murrysville police said Pleasant Valley Road reopened just before 11 a.m.
Police Chief Tom Seefeld said the tri-axel truck, which was hauling road milling, was headed north along Trafford Road when the truck apparently had a brake malfunctuion. The driver tried to slow down at the bottom of a hill and made a slight right turn onto Pleasant Valley Road, where the truck overturned.
The driver sustained minor injuries, Seefeld said. No one else was involved.
The chief said police will inspect the truck.
