Two professional wrestlers pitted against each other during a September matchup now are teaming up during a third wrestling fundraiser that will benefit the North Huntingdon Police Fraternal Relief Association.

Scheduled for Saturday at 2 p.m., Rumble on Route 30 will feature Norwin graduate Tyler Harrison, also known as “Jason Tyler,” and international professional wrestler Sam Adonis. The duo, who have faced each other during the last two events that benefited the Hartford Heights Volunteer Fire Department, will take on Bulk Nasty and Dennis Gregory.

According to Dan Polinsky, who organizes the fundraisers for the fire department, Bulk Nasty turned on Adonis, who is Polinsky’s son, and Harrison during September’s event by attacking them with a folding chair.

Adonis and Harrison have been competing against each other since March, when Harrison made his professional wrestling debut. Harrison, a 2015 graduate of Norwin High School and a firefighter with the Larimer Volunteer Fire Department, has been training to become a professional wrestler and has been performing for various promotions.

Other wrestlers, including “Beastman,” will be present at the event, which is sponsored by Inferno restaurant, the police department and JRB Heating and Cooling.

The six-match event will be held at Ladonna’s Villagio Plaza on Route 30. Tickets cost $20 for reserved ringside seating, or $15 for general admission. Tickets will be available at the door or by emailing ndreistadt@nhtpd.us.

Tres Lads, a Pittsburgh acoustic band, will perform after the wrestling event. Food and alcohol will be available, along with fire trucks, K-9 demonstrations, a Chinese auction and 50/50 raffle.
