A decorated front entrance welcomes guests to the Victorian style Irwin home featured in past Norwin Historical Society Holiday House Tour.

Seven houses in North Huntingdon and Irwin decorated for the holidays will be on display at the Norwin Historical Society’s annual Holiday House Tour from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

Tickets can be purchased at Norwin Public Library at 100 Caruthers Lane, Irwin; the Norwin Chamber of Commerce office at 321 Main St., Irwin, or online at norwinhistoricalsociety.org. Tickets are $25 each or $50 for V.I.P shuttle service from the Calvary Baptist Church on Caruthers Lane.

A basket raffle will be held at the Greenhouse Winery, 2155 Gracin Lane, Rillton, on the night of the tour.

This fundraiser supports the society’s efforts to educate, promote and preserve history in the Norwin community, said Geralyn DeFelice, a historical society member.

The historical society will hold a Santa Photos for a Cause, an interactive opportunity and display featuring Santa and his elves from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 9 and 10 at 1117 Grant Avenue, Irwin. This is a free event, but donations appreciated and will help support the historical society.
