A “person of interest” in a Rostraver woman’s death is awaiting extradition from Florida on unrelated burglary and robbery charges stemming from an incident in Donora.

Dorian C. Jeri-Greene, 39, of Monessen was booked into the Orient Road Jail on Tuesday after being arrested on a warrant by police in Tampa, Fla., according to Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office records.

Police sources confirm he is a person of interest in the fatal shooting of Jennah M. Seibert, 24, who was killed April 11 in a Lenity School Road home.

Jeri-Greene is the same person whose identity police sought by releasing surveillance photographs from a convenience store after Seibert’s death.

He is not charged in connection with her slaying. Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli declined to comment Thursday.

“It’s an active and ongoing investigation, and I can’t comment any further at this time,” she said.

In the charges related to the Donora incident, Jeri-Greene is accused of breaking into a woman’s home and choking and attacking her, according to court papers. Borough police said the woman’s cellphone and smart watch were broken during that Feb. 2 incident.

A warrant was issued for his arrest in that case three days later, according to court records.

The circumstances of his arrest in Florida this week were unclear. The Trib filed a records request with police in Tampa.

Jeri-Greene has a relatively minor criminal history in Pennsylvania, according to online court records.

He served six months on intermediate punishment for a 2018 driving-under-the-influence charge filed by Monongahela police. Jeri-Greene pleaded guilty to a harassment charge filed by Monongahela police in 2013 and served six months on probation.

Jeri-Greene pleaded guilty to a criminal mischief charge filed by Rostraver police in 2010, but the sentence was unclear in court records. He owes about $3,750 in fines and costs across the three cases.

Seibert was found dead in a bed by her fiance, according to court filings.

A Lexus GX550 SUV belonging to the couple was stolen from the home and tracked through the vehicle’s GPS, license plate readers and traffic cameras to Monongahela, where it was recovered.

Investigators requested video and photograph surveillance evidence from CFS Bank, whose system captured the SUV driving past its West Main Street location, according to a search warrant.

The surveillance photos released of the person of interest were from a Monongahela convenience store, police said.
