Firefighters freed a person from a ticket booth Sunday afternoon at Idlewild & SoakZone amusement park after a vehicle crashed into it.

A Westmoreland 911 dispatch supervisor said a person in the vehicle had a medical emergency around 2 p.m. at the park in Ligonier Township off Route 30.

The person was trapped in the ticket booth after the crash. Two park employees were taken to the hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries, according to Ligonier Valley police. The driver and other occupants of the vehicle were treated at the scene and released.

Vehicles traveling to the park go a short distance off the highway and enter the park before coming to ticket booths.
