Police arrest man in connection with fatal stabbing of Latrobe woman
Police sources say a man was taken into custody Wednesday morning in connection with the stabbing death of a Latrobe woman Sunday.
The suspect was being processed at the Latrobe police station.
Charges had not been filed as of noon.
Pamela Puskar, 59, was found Sunday morning dead from stab wounds in her home at Loyalhanna Apartments. Police believe she was killed late Friday or early Saturday.
Surveillance images were released Monday of a man authorities described as a person of interest. The man was seen carrying a Canada Dry ginger ale box inside a building in one of the photos. His identity has not been released.
