Separate charges dropped in Washington County for man accused in Rostraver killing
A man accused of killing a Rostraver woman is no longer facing charges in an unrelated Washington County case, according to court records.
Burglary, robbery and related charges against Dorian Jeri-Greene, 39, were dismissed Wednesday during his preliminary hearing in Washington County district court, according to court records. A woman Dorian C. Jeri-Greene, 39, was accused of attacking in Donora on Feb. 2 refused to testify against him, Trib news partner WTAE reported.
Jeri-Greene was transported to the Westmoreland County Prison Wednesday, according to jail records. He remains there without bail on homicide charges in connection with the death of Jennah M. Seibert, 24, on April 11 inside her Rostraver home.
A preliminary hearing in that case is scheduled for June 19. He did not have an attorney listed in court records.
Jeri-Greene is accused of breaking into the Lenity School Road home where Seibert lived with her fiancee and killing her after her partner left for work. Authorities were led to Tampa where they said Jeri-Greene on May 2 and 3 pawned jewelry stolen from Seibert’s home, according to court papers. He was arrested there May 13 and was extradited back to Pennsylvania last month.
Court papers indicated he was living in Carroll Township, Washington County at the time, but he now has a Maryland address listed.
