The 40th annual Westmoreland County Senior Games are taking place through Friday. Anyone over the age of 50 can participate in the annual events organized by the Westmoreland County Bureau of Parks and Recreation. Wednesday’s events, held at at Warriors’ Stadium at Penn-Trafford High School, were 100-meter run, 400-meter run, 1,500-meter run, football throw, softball throw and 2,400-meter walking. The event runs through Friday, and concludes with an evening banquet.
