A new tool will provide citizens with updates about crime investigations and prosecutions from the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s office.

The Crimewatch online platform, which is designed for law enforcement, will give residents access to information related to crime and public safety. Residents can choose to receive notifications about new posts and the information will automatically be shared on the office’s Facebook page at facebook.com/wcpada.

The platform is available at westmorelandda.org or through the Crimewatch smartphone app.

”This new website is the perfect entry point for establishing better police and public partnerships,” said District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli.
