Fundraiser
• A Sinatra Big Band Holiday Celebration to benefit Westmoreland Performing Arts will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at Live Casino Greensburg, Route 30, Hempfield. Doors open at 6:30 and dinner will be at 7 p.m. Cost: $75, includes Italian buffet dinner, dessert and dancing. Menu: chicken Parmesan, grilled flank steak, grill vegetables, potatoes, Caesar salad and cookies. Cash bar. • Golden Dome Knitting Guild will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, at Trinity United Church of Christ, 139 N. Main St., Greensburg. The program will be a Sit and Knit and members should bring a current project or start a new one. Bring items for Feeding the Spirit and chemo caps. Guests and new members welcome. • Greensburg College Club will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, in the Laurel Room of the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center, 951 Old Salem Road. Senior citizen news
• Irwin Senior Activity Center, 310 Oak St., will have a program about ID theft prevention at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18. The center will close at 11 a.m. Nov. 19 for a blood drive at the church.
