• The Greensburg Art Center will host its next exhibition, “The Art of Gifting – Merry and Bright,” through Dec. 20 at the center, 230 Todd School Road, Hempfield. Handcrafted art, sculptures, jewelry, pottery, vases, dishes and more will be on display.

Fundraisers

• The Holy Name Society of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant, will host an all-you-can-eat omelet breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, in the church social hall, 224 Summit St. Dine in or takeout. There will be a 50-50 raffle. Cost: $10; age 3 to 12, $3; younger than 3, free.

• A holiday craft show will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 407 Duquesne Ave., Trafford. There will be a bake sale and concession stand.

• A fall craft and vendor festival will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Latrobe Center for Active Adults, 15 Avenue C. There will be a bake sale and 50-50 and the kitchen will be open. Details: Beverly, 724-539-0237.

Holiday event

• Downtown Latrobe will sponsor its annual Holly Jolly Gingerbread House Contest through Nov. 24. Entries from individuals will be divided into age categories, age 3 to 12, 13 to 17 and 18 and older, and groups also may enter. Completed houses must be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Dec. 2 at Latrobe WCCC. Details and entry forms: hollyjollylatrobe.com.
