• Living Word Congregational Church, Jeannette, will host a Sunday morning musical experience featuring 2-time Dove Award winners Angelo & Veronica at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 7 at the church, 2003 Ridge Road. Public welcome.
• Mother of Sorrows Parish, 4202 Old William Penn Highway, Murrysville, offers free monthly Lunch and Learn sessions for members of the community. This month’s event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 9 in the church social hall. Bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages will be provided. John L. Haigh, who was chief steward aboard Air Force One and served three presidents during his time in the Air Force will be the speaker.
Fundraisers
• Lincoln Heights Civic Association will host bingo from 1 to 3 p.m. Nov. 4 and 18 at the center, 42 Millersdale Road, Jeannette. There will be 20 regular games. Cost: 25 cents for a three-card bingo board. Payout is 50/50. Free coffee.
• First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville, 3202 N. Hills Road, will have a sale of fall seasonal items from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 6 in Laird Hall at the church. Items will include fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations, wrapping, cards, calendars and ornaments. Proceeds will benefit mission projects.

• Boy Scout Troop 284 of Irwin is accepting orders for pies and pumpkin rolls from The Pie Shoppe in Laughlintown. Varieties: chocolate meringue, coconut meringue, lemon meringue, apple, Dutch apple, blackberry, wild blueberry, razzleberry, cherry, peach, raisin, harvest and pumpkin pies, and pumpkin rolls, all $10. • New Hope Church, North Huntingdon, will have a craft and vendor show and bake sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 6 at the Circleville Volunteer Fire Department social room, 129 Robbins Station Road. The kitchen will be open. Tickets will be sold for a quilt raffle to support the purchase of a police dog protective vest.

Meetings
• The Braddock Trail chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet Nov. 6 at the chapter house, 200 S. Church St., Mt. Pleasant. Lunch will be served at noon and the meeting will begin at 1 p.m. The program will be the election of delegates and alternates to the state conference. The speaker will be Pennsylvania CAR President Gaby Aragon. The lunch committee will be Ester Reese, Carol Strother and Karen Sykes.
