Fundraisers

• New Alexandria Center for Active Adults has bingo from 1 to 3 p.m. Mondays at the center, 207 W. Main St. Cost: $16, includes 16 bingo sheets. Specials available. Details: 724-668-7005.

• Norwin Historical Society will sponsor a Homes for the Holidays House Tour, from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3. Cost: $45 for VIP Transport Tour, that includes admission; $25 for a self-guided tour; and there will be a basket raffle. Holiday Happenings

• Jeannette Business Association and Jeannette American Legion will sponsor a holiday event, Sparkle of Christmas, on Saturday in the community. There will be cookie and candy sales, crafters and vendors from noon to 5 p.m. at the American Legion post and a parade and food trucks on Fifth Street. Santa will have gifts for children after the parade, and there will be free caricatures and face painting.

• Miracle on Main Street, A Griswold Christmas, will be from 3 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday on Main Street in West Newton. There will be vendors and crafts from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at West Newton United Presbyterian Church and West Newton Center for Active Adults. A parade will begin at 5:15 p.m. The lighting of the Christmas tree will be at 6:15 p.m., and there will be visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

• Greensburg Garden Center will sponsor a tour of six Old Allegheny Victorian homes on Pittsburgh’s North Side on Dec. 10. A bus will leave at 12:30 p.m. from the garden center, 951 Old Salem Road, Greensburg, and return at 5:30 p.m. Cost: $85; garden center members, $80. Reservations required at 724-837-0245.

Music

• The Irwin Male Chorus will present a concert at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, at Community United Presbyterian Church, 1640 Keystone Park Road, New Alexandria. Refreshments will be served. Details: 724-668-7752.
