• Ligonier Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a wine tasting from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. July 14 at the Loyalhanna Watershed Barn, 6 Old Lincoln Highway W., Ligonier Township. • The Braddock Trail Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution will host a basket bazaar Saturday at Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Hall, 5128 Water St., Mt. Pleasant Township. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and ticket drawings will begin at 1:30 p.m. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Cost: $10, includes 25 basket raffle tickets, a door prize chance and refreshments. There will be a 50-50 raffle and separate high-end raffle baskets. Must be present to win. Kecksburg volunteer firemen will sell a limited lunch menu. Proceeds benefit the DAR’s historic renovation project. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door. • Jeannette Business Association will sponsor concerts and food trucks from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. July 8 and 22, and Aug. 5 and 19 in the 400 and 500 blocks of Clay Avenue and Fifth Street. Rain or shine. The Saddle Up Band will be featured July 8 in the new Elliott Group Amphitheater. Bring a lawn chair.

• The 22nd annual Five Star Trail Do-It-Yourself Poker Run will be July 17. Participants may bike, walk or jog on their own. There will be no cards or scoring. Start and finish is up to you. • Ligonier Valley Chamber of Commerce will host free concerts at 7 p.m. Sundays through Aug. 22 in the gazebo at the Diamond. The featured group Sunday will be the Kiski Valley Community Band. • Laurelville Retreat Center invites Christian singles and couples of all ages to attend the Mennocycle motorcycling adventure weekend Aug. 13 to 15 to Ashville, N.C.
