Classes/programs

• The 12th annual The Learning Lamp Children’s Book Festival of Johnstown will use a web-based format featuring custom-recorded, video-based storytelling, age-appropriate writing and drawing workshops for children of all ages. The festival will continue through April 30. • The Laurelville Retreat Center, 941 Laurelville Lane, Mt. Pleasant Township, will host a Family Fun Walk at 10 a.m. April 17 beginning at the center lodge building. Rain or shine. Participants will learn about hydration, make a homemade Gatorade recipe, review a GPS app, learn to track exercise and stroll around the grounds and trails. • Latrobe United Presbyterian Church, 340 Spring St., will host a drive-thru Salisbury steak dinner from 3 to 6 p.m. April 17.
