Someone is $1.4 million richer — minus taxes — after buying what turned out to be Saturday’s winning Pennsylvania Lottery Match 6 Lotto ticket at the Par Mar store in Monessen, the Pennsylvania Lottery said.

The winner’s Match 6 Lotto ticket matched all six winning numbers — 8-12-22-25-28-29. The Par Mar convenience store at 1706 Grand Blvd., Monessen, will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket, the Lottery said.

The identity of the winner will not be known until that person claims the prize and the ticket is validated, the Lottery said. The Lottery recommends that the winner sign the back of the ticket as soon as possible. They have one year from the Feb. 10 drawing date to claim the prize.

More than 52,900 other Match 6 Lotto tickets also won prizes in the drawing on Saturday, the Lottery said.

Any online winnings automatically appear in a player’s account after the claim has been processed, the Lottery said.
