Woman critically injured in Duquesne stabbing

A woman was hospitalized in critical condition Wednesday afternoon after being stabbed in Duquesne, Allegheny County Police said.

Police said they were notified around 1:15 p.m. of the stabbing in the 2700 block of Duquesne Place Drive, police said.

A woman was arrested at the scene in connection with the stabbing, police said. The victim was not identified.

Homicide detectives are investigating. Anyone with information concerning the incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
