Editor’s note: The Pine Creek Journal only publishes election previews with candidate interviews for contested municipal and school board races. The preview for the Pine-Richland school board race will appear in a later issue. Only candidates on the ballot (no write-ins) will be interviewed.

According to the Allegheny County Office of Elections unofficial candidate list, the supervisor races in Pine and Richland townships are uncontested.

In Pine, three incumbent Republicans — John Donahue, Pat Avolio and Ryan Colombo — are on the ballot for three, four-year terms.

Likewise in Richland, Republican incumbents are all unopposed on the ballot: Donna Snyder for the at-large position, George Allen in Region 3 and Raymond Kendrick in Region 4. Each of those three terms is also four years.
