Two potent offenses clash in Super Bowl 56 this Sunday. The Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams provide intriguing Super Bowl touchdown bets.

But before looking at Super Bowl prop bets, let’s look at the game’s vital information.

Rams (-4.5) vs. Bengals

● Date: Sunday, Feb. 13

● Time: 6:30 PM EST

● Venue: SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA

Tee Higgins 2+ TDs (+750)

The best bet, in my opinion, might come from some unlikely scenarios and unlikely players.

For example, scoring might be an issue for WR Ja’Marr Chase. Rams CB Jalen Ramsey has said that he’d like to shadow the talented young receiver for most of the game. If that happens, I’m looking at WR Tee Higgins to get multiple scores for the Bengals.

Higgins scored six touchdowns during the regular season. Though he has yet to score a touchdown in the playoffs, he did score two against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16, and his targets have increased in each playoff game, including 10 in the AFC Championship.

If the Rams focus on Chase, I believe Higgins will get plenty of looks from Burrow, giving him an excellent opportunity for multiple touchdowns.

Cooper Kupp First Half Score (+550)

Cooper Kupp is the Rams featured receiver and the first receiver to lead the league in yards, receptions, and touchdowns since 2005. Few teams could stop Kupp, and I don’t expect a successful effort from the Bengals, who allowed the seventh-most passing yards per game in the regular season.

The matchup favors Kupp and the Rams’ offense, especially in the first half. The Rams tend to start fast, despite a slow start against the San Francisco 49ers. Los Angeles averages 13.3 first-half points on the season, and they’re averaging 16 throughout the playoffs.

Cincinnati has started slowly in their last two games. Against the Titans, they only scored nine points in the first half. In the AFC Championship Game, they fell behind the Kansas City Chiefs 21-10 in the first half. The Rams boast an explosive offense, and I think the Rams have an opportunity to jump out to an early lead on the Bengals. I expect Cooper Kupp to get in on the scoring if they do.

Joe Mixon Anytime TD (+275)

Bengals RB Joe Mixon had a fabulous regular season where he ran for the third-highest total yards in the league, 1,205. On top of that, he added 13 TDs. He hasn’t been as productive on the ground during the playoffs, only rushing for 190 yards over three games.

Now he faces the sixth-ranked Rams rushing defense, which only allowed an average of 103.2 yards per game in the regular season. I’m not sure Mixon will find many holes running the ball, but I expect him to impact the passing game. Mixon’s caught 13 passes for 106 yards in the playoffs. During the regular season, he also added three receiving TDs.

With the Rams defense potentially focused on Ja’Marr Chase, Mixon should see more than a few targets and have ample opportunity to score a TD.

Super Bowl Touchdown Bets

The Super Bowl always provides ample opportunities for prop betting. Since both the Bengals and the Rams have explosive offenses, Super Bowl touchdown bets are my focus in this game.
