Police in Derry Township identified a man they believed slashed another person in the face with a knife after stealing a credit card from an unlocked car in the Hersheypark parking lot this summer, according to police.

Huley Williams, of Brooklyn, N.Y., has been charged with 50 offenses, including robbery, theft from a motor vehicle, aggravated assault, criminal use of a communication facility and conspiracy, according to court documents and a police report.

Williams is not in custody.

A man and his family returned to their car in the Hersheypark parking lot around 1 p.m. July 27 and found someone rummaging through the backseat, according to police. After the man confronted him, the robber slashed him across the face and ran away with a stolen credit card.

The man’s stolen credit card was used later that day at a Target in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, police said.

Isabel Santos, 44, of Jersey City, N.J., also is wanted in connection to the parking lot incident. Santos is charged with 46 offenses, including theft from a motor vehicle, criminal use of a communication facility and theft. Police did not charge Santos with assault or robbery.

She also is not in police custody.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Williams or Santos is asked to contact the Derry Township Police Department at 717-534-2202.
