Philadelphia street shooting leaves 3 wounded; teen in critical condition

PHILADELPHIA — A street shooting in Philadelphia has left three people wounded, including a teenager who is hospitalized in critical condition.

But it’s not yet known what sparked the shooting, which occurred around 3 p.m. Monday.

Authorities say a 17-year-old boy was shot twice in the stomach and twice in the back. He’s hospitalized in critical condition.

Another 17-year-old boy was shot in the right leg, while a 23-year-old man was shot in the right calf. Both are hospitalized in stable condition.

The names of the victims and further details on the shooting were not disclosed, including how many shooters may have been involved.

No arrests have been made.
