Election HQ: A Pennsylvania voter guide to 2024 election

Election day in Pennsylvania is today.

Voters head to the poll to cast their ballot for president. Their choices, if you haven’t heard, are Vice President Kamala Harris or former President Donald Trump. The two rivals have made many visits to Western Pa. to make their case for why they deserve a vote and what they would bring to the White House.

The other contentious race features Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate seat with incumbent Bob Casey trying to fend off Republican challenger Dave McCormick. Several U.S. House seats in Western Pa. are also on the ballot. And some statewide seats will also to be determined at the ballot, including state treasurer, attorney general and auditor general.

Some key deadlines to know:

The absentee/mail-in ballot return deadline is today.

The state has an online tool to let voters find their polling place by entering their address here.
