Former CIA Director Gen. Michael Hayden endorses Joe Biden for president
Retired Gen. Michael Hayden needed to get some things off his chest about the current presidential campaign.
Hayden, the Pittsburgh native who served as director of the CIA under former President George W. Bush and director of the National Security Agency, released a video late Tuesday which boiled down to, “I’m supporting Joe Biden. Biden is a good man. Donald Trump is not.”
The video, which was first shown on the Rachel Maddow show on MSNBC, was the latest poke from the Republican Voters Against Trump group founded by conservatives such as Bill Kristol and GOP political strategist Mike Murphy.

Hayden, who spent 40 years in the Air Force, claims “if there is another term for Trump, I don’t know what happens to America.”
The Duquesne graduate suffered a stroke in 2018 and is affected from aphasia, so the ad states initially, “though it’s difficult, he feels it’s important to speak out.”
I served in a presidential administration with @GenMhayden. I have long admired him; so did everyone I know who knew him. General Hayden is a man of integrity and honor. Please watch this @RVAT2020 ad.https://t.co/W2zNT5rKoR
