Ohio Sen. JD Vance, the Republican candidate for vice president, is set to visit Pittsburgh Thursday.

Vance is expected to deliver remarks at 12:30 p.m. at The Pennsylvanian on Liberty Avenue Downtown, according to GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s campaign.

Doors will open for the event at 10:30 a.m.

Vance is expected to discuss inflation and the impact of rising costs on Pennsylvania families.

Trump, Vice President Kamala Harris and their running mates and surrogates have frequented Pennsylvania on the campaign trail, eyeing its key 19 electoral votes. The Keystone State is seen by many as a deciding swing state in the upcoming election.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Harris’ running mate on the Democratic ticket, is expected to make several stops in Western Pennsylvania Tuesday.

Vance visited the Pittsburgh area in late September. He was initially turned away from an appearance at the North Versailles Primanti Bros. restaurant during that trip, which also included a speech in Monroeville.

Vance joined Trump earlier this month in Butler County, when the former president revisited the site where he was injured in an attempted assassination in July.
