The region’s most anticipated craft beverage and entertainment event is set to return to Washington County this August, promising two full days of music, shopping, classic cars and of course, plenty of corks and kegs. The 2025 Corks & Kegs Festival will take place August 16 and 17 at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, and admission is free.

Presented by Washington Hyundai, the festival has become a signature summer sendoff for the region, drawing thousands of attendees from across Southwestern Pennsylvania and beyond. The event features more than 70 craft beers to sample, more than 20 wineries and distilleries, dozens of shopping vendors, food trucks, a cigar lounge and nonstop live entertainment.

Festivalgoers can look forward to a packed music lineup this year, with local and regional acts taking the stage throughout the weekend. Saturday’s performances include So Called 90s, Michael Christopher, Chain Reaction, and Bon Journey — a high-energy tribute act to both Bon Jovi and Journey. Sunday’s entertainment kicks off with Juke Box, followed by Good Karma Band and The Clintones to close out the festival with crowd-favorite covers and classic rock vibes.

“Corks & Kegs is really designed to be a full sensory experience,” said Carole DeAngelo, Director of Advertising and Multi-Market Events at the Observer-Reporter, Herald-Standard and Dominion Post. “From the live music to the unique local vendors, the festival brings together everything people love about summer in Western PA. It’s a weekend to let loose, shop, sip and celebrate.”

While the entertainment alone could stand on its own, the beverages are the true stars of the show. This year’s lineup includes some of the area’s most sought-after makers. Wine and spirit enthusiasts can sample offerings from Black Dog Winery, McLaughlin Distillery, Wigle Whiskey, Threadbare Cider and Mead, Thistlethwaite Vineyards, Heist Spirits, Creekside Cellars and many others. Whether you prefer a dry red, a fruit-forward rosé or a smooth local whiskey, there will be no shortage of sips to explore.

To enjoy the variety of samples, guests can purchase tasting tickets in advance or at the event. Sample ticket packages are available now for $15 and include five samples of any beer, wine or spirits available on-site. Tickets can be purchased online at the event website. For those purchasing on-site, sample packages will be available for $17 during festival hours. With so many unique options to try, the sampler experience is a popular and affordable way to explore the best of the region’s beverage scene.

The Classic Car Cruise at Corks & Kegs Festival.

A popular festival favorite, the Classic Car Cruise returns on Sunday, August 17, sponsored by First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Greene County. Hundreds of vintage and custom vehicles are expected to roll into the lot for the show, and the first 100 attendees will receive commemorative dash plaques. The cruise has grown each year and adds a nostalgic, family-friendly element to Sunday’s festivities.

The festival also places a strong emphasis on safety and community partnership. As the presenting sponsor, Washington Hyundai is also funding the event’s Designated Driver Program, which encourages safe and responsible celebration. In partnership with the Washington County Drug and Alcohol Commission, the program will provide complimentary bottled water to attendees who commit to staying sober and ensuring their friends or family get home safely.

“We want everyone to enjoy the event and get home safely. That’s why we’re proud to partner on the Designated Driver Program and promote responsible fun,” added DeAngelo. “It’s just one more way Corks & Kegs brings people together — safely and in good spirits.”

With free admission and something for every age group and interest, Corks & Kegs continues to grow year after year, offering a high-energy yet welcoming environment that showcases the best of what the region has to offer.

The festival runs Saturday, August 16, from noon to 11 p.m., and Sunday, August 17, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows in Washington, Pa.
