President Trump speaks during a campaign rally at Erie International Airport Tom Ridge Field on Oct. 20.

From the day President Trump announced his candidacy, Pennsylvania has been on the forefront of his mind. The forgotten men and women of Pennsylvania have been forgotten no more under Trump’s leadership. From leading an unprecedented response to covid-19, to better trade deals like the USMCA for Pennsylvania workers, to the First Step Act criminal justice reform bill and opportunity zones for minority communities, the list of “Promises Made and Promises Kept” is far too long to include in one setting.

When covid-19 hit the United States in March, Trump got to work immediately by imposing travel restrictions on China where the virus originated, activated the Defense Production Act and launched Operation Warp Speed to produce a vaccine in record time by the end of this year. Rallying the private sector led to American companies like Ford and 3M producing ventilators and personal protective equipment in an effort to ensure that no Pennsylvanian went without a ventilator and no medical worker went without the equipment they needed to defeat this virus while protecting themselves from getting sick.

When Trump had to put the greatest American economy on pause back in March, he quickly worked to bring us back to a V-shaped recovery. It’s not hard to see that the great American comeback is underway; just look at the latest GDP numbers. Trump’s great American comeback continues to beat expectations, with the GDP growing by 33.1%, the fastest in a generation. Before the coronavirus came to America, Trump had Pennsylvania’s economy booming, too.

Trump ushered in over 16,000 new manufacturing jobs and 22,200 new construction jobs in the Keystone State alone. He has unleashed American energy, paved the way for the energy industry to thrive here in Pennsylvania and secured energy independence for the United States. Under his leadership, we witnessed the greatest tax reform in a generation. In fact, middle-class Pennsylvanian families received an average $1,400 tax cut, and Americans nationwide received an increase in disposable income of $6,000 thanks to Trump. Working with Ivanka Trump, the president also expanded the child tax credit to up to $2,000 per child.

To see all of Trump’s accomplishments, go to Promises Kept.com. A lot is at stake in this election, and Trump has fought for Pennsylvanians every step of the way, unlike any president we’ve seen in a decade. Please get out and vote for President Trump and Republicans up and down the ballot Tuesday.
