Recently I told a gentleman he was in a handicapped parking space. He looked with difficulty at the faded blue stripes. He moved without complaint. What a class act. I would like to ask businesses to show people who need these spaces — and those who don’t — a little love and some fresh paint in the handicapped spaces.
