Letter to the editor: An absolute cure for the virus of sin

Our media is saturated with news of “variants” entering our society, and this is causing global stress, anxiety and panic. Variant can be defined as “a form or version of something that differs from other forms.”

Each Christmas, we celebrate the birth of the most important healing variant to arrive in our world — Jesus Christ. Although Jesus was human, he differs from everyone in that he is the creator of the universe who entered earth as an innocent baby through the womb of his mother to conquer and eradicate the most deadly contagious virus ever unleashed upon mankind — sin.

We get one shot during our brief lifetime to be cured from the never-ending deadly consequences of sin, and that remedy is Jesus Christ. Have you taken your shot of accepting Jesus so that your passport to Heaven is stamped by the blood Jesus shed for you on the cross? It is an absolute, 100% cure for everything that ails you, and this supernatural immunity is guaranteed to boost your health, peace, hope, faith and security forever.
